On-Site Operator Training

CASE STUDY
Successful Pilot Plant Startup in 2025
Plant Description
The pilot plant was owned by a UK based organization to produce different grades of ground breaking recyclable polymer used for multilayer film applications. The material also offered alternatives for grafted-tie layers, battery separator films, automotive panels and non-halogen flame retardant dispersants.
Rosnik Assignment
Rosnik provided process engineering support to scale up the lab scale operation, followed by startup, and unit monitoring. The pilot plant produced four grades of polymers starting from ethylene and propylene bases.
Schedule
Rosnik assignment lasted two years. During this period the unit was successfully started up, production numbers were achieved
