Ravi Nair had a layered carrier for 35 years before his retirement after from ExxonMobil in 2020. He is leader in Project Management, Operations Excellence and Strategy Development.

Ravi is also a leader in identifying and developing cost effective high return projects. Under Ravi’s guidance projects had often been executed at a fraction of the original cost following aggressive schedules when demanded.

He is known for his safety improvement & cost reduction ideas for operating units. He also led several successful process unit start ups. His process trouble shooting efforts had often resulted in simple solutions to complex process problems.

He works with senior management teams to make sure that the best possible decisions are made. He also works with senior executives to address organizational change management issues and develop game changing business strategies.
